We haven't had any midgets cluttering up the Fylde and Wyre Antiquarian for a while, which is probably why we've been losing viewers faster than Dr. Who when Bonnie Langford was in it. So, hold on to your hats devotees of diminutive Victorian oddities, it's time to rectify the situation with this mid-week bonus offering. And for those of you who don't have access to broadband, don't worry, it's only short (joke copyrighted to Bob Monkhouse circa 1876):

British Pathe is a fantastic site. I have had a couple of good Australian finds there.
I wouldn't know about that, Andrew. I nicked this particular film from Phil Barker's Photobucket collection.
I liked it.
Mr. Beast,
I prefer Bugs Bunny myself, but this little film has a charm all of its own I reckon.
off topic, I just saw a bronze socketed celt axe head made on Time Team.
Mr. Beast,
I thought Tony, Mick, Phil and Carenza were supposed to dig things like socketted celts up out of the ground, not make them themselves. That's cheating.
That's all well and good but it's giving FB ideas about creating a kiln in which to melt bronze now!
There's only just so much room on a suburban house block, ya know LOL!
creepy little midgets....
Jayne,
I thought your house was built on the site of an old blacksmith's. There should be a suitable kiln buried underneath your garden somewhere then. Just get the offspring to dig it up. There's plenty of money to be made in smithying.
Bella,
That's no way to speak of Jayne and Feral Beast.
